Once you make a deposit on a half or whole, we will contact you to talk about the processing date.

Processing dates are now scheduled through December 2024!

The price is $5.25/lb based on hanging weight.

Average price of a half of beef is $1600. We pay the processing.

Custom cut selections include:

  • Roasts - Sirloin Tip, Chuck, Rump, Arm, Tri-Tip

  • Steaks - New York Strip, Ribeye, Tenderloin, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt, Flat Iron

  • Brisket

  • Round steak, Cubed steak, Stew meat

  • Soup Bones

  • Short Ribs, Back Ribs

  • yeilds 165 - 200 lbs finished beef per half
