Ordering a Whole or half

Who decides what you get with a whole beef? You do!

We’ve put together a cut sheet to help you get an idea of your options. Of course, please contact us if you have questions or need help. When the time comes, we will talk to the butcher about your order. Click the button below to view the cut sheet and when you are ready the “Buy Beef” tab will take you to the option to put down a deposit.

Retail Cuts Available

For those that prefer to purchase in smaller quantities or want to try a few things out, we do sell individual cuts .

Beef Bundles

We have two options for beef bundles. This is a great option for those that either don’t want to decide on cuts or don't have the freezer space for a whole or half. We’ve taken out the guess work and made it simple to get delicious nutritious beef to you and your family. Click the button below to check them out.
